Can Women Be Pastors, Overseers and Deacons?

What is a pastor:

Today ‘pastor’ could mean many things; pastors of adults, over children and over youth and women. Men and women can of course fill these types of roles, but in order to really understand this we have to understand what the bible offices and what it really means by being a pastor and work from the biblical text and how the churches described it biblically and then move to what ‘we’ mean in the contemporary world by pastor.
